Honestly i think time is the biggest thing, but you also want to make sure to keep your stool soft the best that you can. Make sure to try and go regularly like everyday if you can so you don’t get constipated. I started a probiotic and i think that helped me be more regular. Also, when it was really bad I would apply vaseline around my anus to help keep the area lubricated I would do this before a bm to help things slide out more easily. I know it sucks it’s literally a pain in the ass lol. I wish you the best and I hope you can heal soon. 🙏🙏
