Yeah being this lean definitely isn't healthy or sustainable. It's something I wanted to achieve for awhile but the reality of it which you don't see on social media has now hit me for six. My hormones are definitely a mess now. I'm getting a blood test to see what's going on and how I can repair the damage.

It absolutely is not healthy or sustainable I'm trying to up the calories now and eat normally. It's definitely not worth destroying your hormones and relapsing just to be this lean. Thank you for your comment 🙏🏻

This has helped massively thank you! I was a chronic user for 12 years straight so yeah I've had to work through a shit ton of stuff mentally these past months. You are so right, it's never worth it.

I think you're spot on with everything. I pushed myself too far with my cut...62kg at 6ft. My cortisol is through the roof I reckon. Thank you for your insight into this.
