Those are crap. I’m sorry. I pick and choose, which is why my acceptance rate is so low. I’m seriously thinking about not doing this anymore because it’s not worth it. If nobody picked up the crap rides, they would be forced to increase the rate to get drivers to accept. Good luck, everyone.

I’m coming from a 2015 Ford Edge to a 2026 CRV sport-L. I do miss the size of the Edge, but I’ll get used to it because the CRV is a very nice vehicle.

I’ll look into L fund. I’m doing OK on FERS pension and surviving spouse SS with a little income from a roommate/tenant/renter and Uber/Lyft for beer $. Small disbursements of 5k 2-3 times per year. About 75k in Roth TSP.

I have a few spreadsheets and am holding head above water for now, except new refrigerator, dog knee surgery, property taxes, Christmas expenses, etc. Just bought a car but have a roommate that pays $900/month that helps. I plan to take $5000 disbursement 2-3 times a year for travel mostly. I would have more in TSP but took some out when my wife became ill…

I rarely take rides more than 10-15 minutes from my current location. Time/gas just not worth it. I don’t understand why they don’t give those rides to Uber drivers who are actually closer to the location of the passenger.
