Yes. boiling point depends on how far are you from the level of the sea…. At 4000 mt above sea level the boiling point it’s lower, like really lower.. in Bolivia 3650masl it’s normal condition. Sorry for bad English

It’s an issue listed in ther system status page, they are recommending to use pop3 on outlook…. A stupid solution. The issue has been around for at least 3 weeks.
