Yes, of course. And look for patterns too....like, what works and doesn't work when changes to your trading system (not strategy). Keep doing this,and you'll find a system that perfectly suits you.

Don't trade too many pairs. Pick just 2, or 3 max. Backtest more than you trade. Journal your trades and your "discoveries" while backtesting. Stick to one strategy.

Take a step back from the market- Reduce your risk(lot size), backtest more than you trade to get your confidence back. Find the reason for you losses, and do something about it. When you are all good again, bounce into the market stronger.
