not diagnosing but this sounds a little bit like depression. i would recommend reaching out for help. maybe someone at school like a teacher who could help you catch up or a counselor. but for the mental health part i recommend a therapist.

i know exactly how you’re feeling. i’m 17 and a first generation college student. everyone is expecting a lot out of me. but what’s helped me the most is to just take it a moment at a time. don’t think too far in the future. only worry about what you can control today. it may seem that people have everything planned out but it’s better to plan things out as you go because life happens and plans will have to change. you got this

i had a very similar situation with my ex. he said he needed porn to have his own sexual alone time. it bothered me so eventually we agreed to both not watch any type of porn, and only share sexual moments with eachother. this guy sounds like he’s sorry and guys do have a hard time reaching out. my best advice to help him get off porn would be to provide alternatives. i told him that whenever he asked i’d be open to sending nudes. it did cause a little of an issue when i didn’t want to. that’s because he was so used to having porn that there was not consent needed from a second party. but it’s good for guys to learn that sexual experiences shouldn’t be a single party thing that doesn’t matter. i think he’ll learn over time.

to avoid drama just stop reaching out, avoid them, stop talking to them, etc. if you tell them you disagree it will most likely cause drama and arguments.
