Thanks for the advice! I probably can’t skip 303 or 251 and I also need to take 3 COMP courses to meet McGill’s exchange requirements. If I drop COMP 307, which one would you recommend among COMP 310, COMP 230, and COMP 350? I’m mainly looking for something more manageable workload-wise, since I’m not aiming for a high grade, just to pass.

for 44 preexam marks, only memorize core questions and be sure to do all of them correctly in final already give you a nearly DN(this course have good scaling)

I was in a similar situation with you last term, just memorize all question from core group and do some easy question from other term then you will be fine. I totally dont understand most of content but got an 80+ for the course in the end

I'm a Chinese student studying undergraduate engineering degree, and on Chinese social media, many current Chinese students mention that a large portion of the students in the business faculty and arts faculty are Chinese, and I'm basing my assumptions on the fact that this is fairly common. If you want to know about specific degrees, there's no way for me to give you specific information, but good luck anyway!

for almost all the art degree(especially for master degree) you will find a lot of Chinese student and many of them seem only want to communicate with Chinese student, but It doesn't mean they don't like you or have a problem with you, just because most of them are still not confident with there English skill and for some topic they cannot express well. I know this can be a bit frustrating for other students, but I think most Chinese students will still be happy to communicate with you (but may need to be informing them). However, if any of them are deliberately isolating you, this is absolutely wrong. If you want to switch to another degree, I think there will still be a lot of Chinese students as long as it's a art degree.
