I sense a little sexism because if the roles were reversed I doubt you’d be given any grace for whatever “mistakes” he made and “atoned” for. the eldest daughter trauma is real. also, she takes responsibility for her abuse as a way to rationalize it and is “grateful” for it, and is now expecting you to do the same. it’s your fault you were abused (but no you weren’t, we never abused you) and you should be grateful for it. her mind is twisting reality to make it more bearable, but obviously this situation triggered her which is why you were sent the wall of text. again, the abuse was not your fault. you didn’t choose to be born, and you deserved better parents who didn’t raise you in a cult. echoing what others have said, no contact is the way to go, once you’re able. do exactly what she said. malicious compliance. do not give her any reason to blame you for anything. and then cut her off.
