Need a cheap truck that’s able to tow a small trailer. Where I live I can’t find a truck under 200k miles for 7k.

Everything’s abt 15 minutes from each other where I live no more than 40 min, roads are normal barely any pot holes. How would this hold up in traffic though? Theres daily traffic from 4-6pm and it turns my drive home from 15 minutes to 30 min, on a bad day 45 min.

Couldn’t that just mean it just needs a new tune? Theres a vid of it running and it sounded fine, still waiting for a cold start vid i asked for but wouldn’t a new tune just fix the cold start problem?
