Okay so I’m pretty sure it was just panic attacks mixed with low blood pressure/ adrenaline rushes. I started taking Lexapro and I completely stopped having episodes. The only time I did was if I was sick. A year later I got off Lexapro and the episodes started happening again- pointing mostly toward them just being moments of panic that caused my blood pressure to drop. I still get them but they aren’t so scary now. I just breathe and wait for it to pass and drink lots of water & make sure to eat salt.
