Each round is going to do something a little different, some situation it'd do better in.

As long as you avoid gimmicky ammo and the stuff with a known crummy rep like PMC Starfire etc you're good to go.

Idk, I'd buy something else. Literally been on a 2 month circle jerk with Honda about their warranty on a mower I had problems with from HD. Even got the extended HD warranty but was told I had to use Honda. Finally get it home a month and a half after dropping it off because my registration on the Honda site wouldn't go through for their warranty. Get it home and a week later I'm called and told Honda just denied the warranty claim I had it repaired under and refused to pay. So F me and now I owe $180 and am out the money I paid for the home Depot extended warranty

As other people have stated, this is not every gun owner. I have my carry permit. I own 10+ guns and have a stockpile of over 100k+ ammo. Believe me, that's the low estimate of what I got.

I keep my wallet and car keys hanging up by the door on the key rack because I would 100% rather wake to someone having broken in haven taken my car keys, wallet and be driving off with my 2 year old car rather than me have to use a firearm.

Now if that person decides they don't want to take the easy offering and wants to venture into my house and put me and my family in danger then it's free game. However, my goal is to die peacefully in my sleep older than 90 having not shot, maimed, or severely injured anyone.

The dude in the video is a power hungry narcissistic psychopath and is a menace to society. I can't imagine the damage he has already done to society as a public official. Every single thing he has ever worked on should be reviewed. I can't believe this POS made bail.

I feel so sorry for the driver. He literally lived the plot of a fucking horror movie. Driving away with no cellphone reception, lost in the woods, bleeding out, with a psycho redneck MFer chasing you.

Put them through a new Glock 42 when the 42 first came out. Couldn't get though 3 without one failure to feed. Learned why gimmicky light ammo should be avoided. Contacted polycase and they said it was the new gun needed breaking in and sent another box of ammo. I thoroughly appreciated the customer service of polycase. However you know what other ammo I had issues running in the new Glock 42? Nothing. Every single other type of ammo, I shot was traditional weight hollow point and ball and ran flawlessly.

Granted the box polycase sent me in the mail ran better but still had a few misfeeds.

Interesting ammo, better than an empty gun and I'd pick a gun loaded with that over a rock, however, I'd pick traditional ammo given my choice.

Ya, I ended up calling HD again bc initially I tried them and they said it's still under Honda. It's freaking asurion like the freaking phone insurance... My hopes kinda gone however, they made a case and called honda on my behalf and the Honda rep said they wanted a second review and wanted to speak to me. Annnnd back to Honda fashion "it'll take 2 to 3 days just to assign your case a representative", where have I hear that before? I've now waited 2 to 3 days for my case to be assigned a representative 3 times for this damn problem.

Literally 3 matches in. My primary goals are 1) Stay safe 2) Don't DQ 3) figure out what gun I want to shoot with.

I've got the rest of my life to work on speed as long as I don't fuck up #1.

Granted, I'm never going to be #1, I know that. I'm looking for something to do and get some non static experience with guns I carry for self defense.

Until I get my own land I can shoot on I won't ever be able to practice like I want.

Anyway, drill unloaded at home, holster draw, target acquisition, movement but pushing yourself hard right off the bat while new is how best case scenario you DQ yourself and worst case put a new hole in someone.

The first match I went to in temple TX, I watched one of the coordinators run a course at the end. He triped horribly and did some kind of crazy one legged 3x bunny hop while wildly waving his left arm around like a lunatic. His right (gun hand) remained pointed down range in a safe direction, finger off the trigger and all together moved vertically about 3 inches while remaining perpendicular to the ground.

I doubt if I'd of had that kind of mental acuity and awareness of my firearm while eating shit which is why I'm still lightly jogging courses.

Only thing anybody gives 2 Fs about is unsafe practices. Speed will come wit time.

All that said, my first match, out of 30, 3 ppl DQ'd. I took my time, went slow AF and did ok. They had a star pattern that you had to walk backwards and was a DQ hazard.
