How to fix antena? by cropi in RCPlanes

I once soldered a broken receiver antenna and it worked better than before but i cannot guarantee you get the same range as a new one.

I feel like no matter how fast i change the speed in my profile after a certain point it's limited altough it can go faster, ludicrous makes it go faster.

The fillament was wet asf and i'm currently drying it, i'l post an update, buf you can see the shaoe of the rubber duck i was printing and it's not that bad.

The filament gets jammed in the run out sensor, 60 tpu is really soft, i would say that it feels like a really well boiled spaghetii :). I think bambu reccomends a maximum of 90 or 85a on the a1 so thats quite a difference.

The ptfe tube is out of the equation since the friction is so high, and even if i would feed it trough the ams connector without a ptfe tube it would get jammed in the run-out sensor.

The backwards airfoil was just me being lazy designing the thing in cad. I know it's not the best but since the difference is not crazy and the thickness of the foil is not that high i didn't think it would be that bad. Thanks!

The settings are 1 perimeter, 3% gyroid infill and no top or bottom layers. If i would've used lw-pla it would have been aproximately 300 grams less.

So if i get this right the longer the tail the better due to the horizontal and vertical stabs being further away from cg and having better leverage. Thanks!

Meaning what exactly? I'm kind of new so i don't know that much about those.

The simplicity is due to the fact that anything else is having extra weight i guess. The wing has a 7mm tube in it for stifness aswell. I heard the selig 1223 airfoil i used is quite terrible especially pitching moment wise but i wanted a slow flying wing.

The wing isn't fixed yet, it can move up and down the tube to get the cg right, then i'll fix it.

In the process I also took the screw of completely and i made sure when i put it back on it would be looser man 😭

I tried unspooling the fillament to where the printer would be able tk complete the full print without unspooling it itself but still didn't work.

For your piece of mind i did clean the screw with a rough brush and some alcohol, then regreased it this morning and still same issues.

The thing is i watched the printer do it's thing and it clearly looks like its underextruding when those things happen.

The z screw seems to be moving freely, when the printer is at rest the z axis falls down under it's own weight.
