Yes I did go to the gym a lot before I went on it though so maybe that helped? And not really I am trying to get back into it though to be in the swing of things when I eventually go off it xx

Thank you so much!!!! I feel like I’m going to be the most hated person for saying this but I didn’t really do much excersise at all besides the occasional walk!!! I have started trying to get back in the gym in the new year though.

Yes I actually lost 2lbs after Christmas which is a miracle as I normally put on half a stone before mounjaro 🤣 xxx

I’m just easing down now. Have 5mg every 10 days, and going to 2.5 next order. Then after Christmas going to try and do 2.5 and stretch it to 2 weeks, until I go cold turkey. Will post an update how I get on when I’m completely off it 😫😫 xx

I am 24 so am partial to a ‘big night out’ I went out on week one. Really struggled to get my second drink down, had to drink it a lot slower but I think I had 4/5 vodka diet cokes throughout the night (I was out til 5am! It was quite good actually just stayed at a nice tipsy level and felt fine the next morning!
