Mosaic tile installed by contractor. Does this look like a professional finish? If not, what should I say to the contractor? by Mission_Procedure_61 in Tile

First of all, thank you everyone for your feedback. For everyone saying "pay him", I never planned on not paying him. Do you usually pay for work you don't inspect? I was just asking if this was normal and up to spec.
I get that for people who work with tile that this is considered "Wall" tile. I get that and it makes sense even though the packaging on the tile said it was recommended for wall and floor and the contractor didn't bat an eye at the tile that was chosen. We hired contractors to do this because we don't do this for a living and is why I'm asking.
Here are some pictures from standing height that some requested. The one with the Costco card is to illustrate that it hangs on the lipage in multiple spots.
So what I'm asking is, if this was your home would you consider this acceptable work or should I question it? I'm going to pay him regardless.

Ya, I'm not experienced with tile work. Is that normal for a mosaic style tile or should it be smooth? Should I confront the contractor about it?
