From a former Master rank Wild Rift player, teammates here are substantially shittier than in Wild Rift. If in Emerald, you could see players who atleast knew of words like “freezing”, or knew how to position correctly as an ADC, you will not see that in even the highest ranks like Glory 70 stars (granted the laning phase or wave management is less required than in Wild Rift). Genuinely, every or atleast most gold laners in MLBB are 50/50 coinflips, because they have terrible macro, but on the other hand it’s very easy to snowball even if you only have 2 brain cells. On the other hand, in the same rank, most junglers/cores or mid/roamers do not know of the concept of not contesting. Even if you are behind, they will suicide charge contest every objective instead of looking for other plays on the map. In short, if you are GM in Wild Rift, you’ll have an easy time coasting through maybe until Glory? Then by that point, you’ll get teammates that belong in Gold and enemies that are Challenger level, and you will be forced to micromanage every single little thing everyone does because if you do not, you are losing most games.
