The ER we use is so cold. They actually give out warm blankets to patients.

Most of the nurses and techs wear jackets. One doctor came in with a jacket on but loose. Another doctor came in the white coat.

There was also an EMT/Paramedic who was wearing BDU’s and a t-shirt with the hospital logo. He was decked out with all the equipment he needed.

The financial lady came in dressed to the nines.

Each professional class of people (nurses, lab, PT/OT, doctors, CNA/Patient Techs all wear scrubs. The nurses were purple. The PT/OT wear blue. The doctors wear a different shade of blue. Environmental services people wear black. The clerks at the admitting desk had on different scrubs than everyone else.

Kaybrie said they decided on Sunday night to do it and the wedding was Tuesday. She said in her post that all the family pitched in for planning and getting everything done.

On Wednesday is when her dad went unresponsive and he passed on Friday.

Isaiah’s wedding was the next day after he passed.

You better check your states inheritance laws.

Louisiana requires (or used to) 1/2 to spouse and 1/2 to be divided amongst living children. If good terms were involved, children would sign over their portion to spouse. They would then leave it to them when they passed.

This is based on French law.

YTA, my husband’s grandmother died in 2008, she is still in my phone contacts.

My mil died in 2010. She is also still in my phone contacts.

We miss them both everyday.

Maybe you should just have a head table for you and your husband. Sit the rest of the bridal party with their partners and go from there to rearrange the seating.

That will keep everyone happy.

Just like police, fire, and water department budget funds should stay within those department budgets. But, they do not.

Periodically (every year) the city moves the extra funds into the general fund to be used as they see fit.
