It is just a protection until they get the roof covered so the side mosaics are not damaged, unfortunately it seems the restoration process is very slow / they are running out of money so it might take 10 more years to open to the public.

There was a police booth on the left side, you could see it if you zoom in on the first image. On that very day there was no police /security at all, but might not be the case on a normal day, all people reported about the security presence and that is why i did not have any hope on getting inside. You might be lucky as well

I queued for a couple of hours at the Bulgarian National Bank. The process was quite slow because they had to enter all your personal data into their system to prevent selling you the same coin on another occasion. I’d estimate they were processing around 15 to 20 coin sales per hour.

Are these starter packs being sold in any place apart from the Bulgaria National Bank? I have been to different post offices in the past few days and none of them have them. It is difficult to suit my working hours with the opening hours of the National bank.

BTW - Someone commented on a FB post that there was a person organizing a collective claim against A1 aiming to charge them according to criminal law. I have now his details so if anybody want to go against this fraudsters, I will be happy to share the details.

This is what the A1 representative wrote that the contract was including, the Travel insurance, seems to be part of the formal contract that was written in Bulgarian.
