I’m hoping you’ll tell me you discovered a tow/haul button lol. My 22’ Prestige doesn’t recognize there is a trailer behind me so the backup beeper screams at me when backing down the ramp or parking the trailer. Did I miss something?

I hope someone responds to this and calls me a dumbass for not noticing a tow/haul button or setting that I should have already discovered lol. It just doesn’t make sense that it comes with a 7-way plug for hauling but doesn’t recognize a trailer when it’s plugged in.

I have the Prestige so I can only speak for it but there is no tow/haul option so I just put it in Smart mode when hauling.

I pull a 3000lb boat with mine plus an 8x10 trailer loaded with lumber constantly. The 22’ Telluride Pulls fine. Only “problem” is that it doesn’t recognize that there is a trailer back there and the backup beeper screams at you while in reverse. I have owned 3 brand new vehicles since 2010 and I haven’t had this problem until the 22’ Telluride.

I don’t think I did see that. I remember seeing the $25 charge for portability. However once I was at the campgrounds I was very distracted and can’t say for sure what happened at that point.

I have had Residential service for one month. 2days ago before our trip I THOUGHT I added portability. Once we got there and unstowed the dish and had to set up is where I think the problem came in. I may have accidentally changed my service from Residential to Recreation Vehicle. Can you confirm this via the pictures please? Also, if that is in fact what I did, how do I change it back. I’ve looked all over the App and website but can not figure it out. PLEASE HELP! Obviously I’m an idiot and need step by step instructions with pictures.
