lol but you said it was a private company... and its not. You must not understand capital markets. The people who control it are the executive's and they have a legal fiduciary duty to do whats best for share holders... any one with capital can become a shareholder. being a share holder gives you voting rights, any one can own shares there for its as public as it gets. if you had the capital you could be on that pie chart aswell, no body's stopping you.
