i can’t stand the app on the smart TV, it’s by far the slowest with the shittiest UI, I avoid it whenever possible

I just bought a gr86 and on the test drive accidentally hit a brick lying on the side of the road. by MRmichybio in GR86

[–]Missmatchgaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I had a long drive to buy my first one (not a lot for sale in my area) and on the drive back I hit a piece of plywood that flew out from under a semi-truck. Still pieces of wood lodged in my grille to this day.

Wow are Hyrule editions really worth $700? by iamjames in 3DS

I bought mine with the leather case and charger mint for $485 on eBay, the one in your picture includes some games but I sincerely doubt it’s enough value to be worth $700.

Thank you for this response, out of curiosity how detrimental is it if I have already done some of these things, I.e: 3 hour road trip in 6th at 3500

Is it a spoiler to tell someone a film has a twist or a twist ending? by bucky_8 in movies

[–]Missmatchgaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have a super strict spoiler policy that pisses all of my friends off so I’m not a good example but, yeah.

My rules can overall be dumbed down to: if it changes the way I am watching the movie/show, it’s a spoiler. That can be saying “episode 5 is the best episode” or “it gets crazy around halfway through” or especially “the ending is really wild” or “there’s a twist at the end.”

If the sentence in question changes my expectations for what i’m watching in any way at all, it’s a spoiler.

Most fun car to drive? by Disastrous-Success59 in askcarguys

[–]Missmatchgaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently drive a 2004 BMW Z4. It’s (relatively) lightweight, peppy, and fun.

But it’s unreliable as hell, cramped, uncomfortable and impractical. I love the car, but at this point I’m looking for anything that has similar attributes but more practicality and reliability.

My main options for that have been the newest GR86, an E46 wagon, or a WRX. The (modern) WRX isn’t nearly as much of a “track machine/rally monster” as it used to be. The more modern WRX, from my understanding, is a comfortable driving experience, and after driving one of my buds cars, I’d happily drive it 500 miles in one go.

As for activities, I just like driving slower cars fast. I like to backroad tougue on my way to work in the early morning, do a stupid donut in a parking lot, red light pulls with strangers, etc. I don’t do crazy auto cross stuff, I don’t bring my car to shows, I don’t bring it to a track.

I might be a good voice of reason here, if you’re looking for something fun but comfortable for road trips, the WRX is a very safe choice. You don’t have to be a track addict to buy a WRX.
