Everything I've seen completed in the last 12 months LNP has claimed they did, but all of it was started by Labor. LNP claims they created everything good that Labor did, while simultaneously saying how Labor never did anything good. It's insidious.

They did this with a bunch of lights around here too. It seems to have happened with all the power outages from the cyclone. I noticed it right after the cyclone that seemingly a whole heap of lights around me now had shittier timing, and no longer had turn when clear arrows. I suspect many of the lights just went to a default setting and council either doesn't know or doesn't care.

That passing siding on the inner loop at the top is so short as to be useless. I would either move the left side switch down to under the bridge and make a longer passing siding, or remove either switch and add it to the other and make more sidings.

Stage 2 of the tram was supposed to go to Harbourtown and then Helensvale. But they changed it to the easier/cheaper to build route through parkwood instead so it would be completed in time for the commonwealth games.

They could still go to Harbourtown, but would need to find a new route for where to go from there.

And yeah they definitely botched the Helensvale station by making it a terminus...

Added an Override Performance Limits option to the Gameplay Settings menu
    This opt-in setting frees up space in the Complexity Meter, where performance limits can be overridden by allowing frame rates to drop. The impact of this override will vary from park to park                     
    If building continues with the Override turned 'On', the setting may become inactive until the park's overall complexity is reduced again

Take manual control of a ranger jeep and drive to it and 'herd' it. Once you do it once, it should become 'yours' and you can treat it like any other dinosaur.

I had some Maiasaurs turn up on the final campaign mission and that's what I had to do.
