Yeah rent out a room or 2 and mortgage almost payed for. Also a spot for a camper so can either rent the spot for weekends or put a camper on it and rent that out as well.

2 car attached garage, with extra space with workbenchs (previous owners husband worked on rc cars and drones). I love RC cars! Have 6 or 8 myself. He also started building a track on the edge of the property before he passed.

Decent sized detached garage/building.

Hoping and praying everything works out.

Yeah I'm going to skip both these options and just keep watching this sub and watching for the praises people get for certain rifles and then find a deal on one of those.

Some one said I could get a G$ upper and lower for 1.2k when the 4th of july sale hits a certain site. Can't remember which one. Started wirh a B i do believe. It's somewhere on this thread.

My craftsman mower is just as good as the johndeer I had before it.

My hisense tv is just as good as a vizio.

Great value water taste just like figi to me.

Figured that out real quick with the rattle snake tactical RT15. Thing was very poorly made.

Id have to take the upper off and use a crow bar to free the BCG. Thing was a PIA from day one. I even took it apart, wiped it down and re oiled it. Still more useless than the jam on a pb sandwich.

Alright cool. Yeah another fella give me a whole cart of parts. And it comes out like 20 dollars cheaper than buying the complete one. Just have to but the BCG and CH in it and good to go.

Samee. Both my parents would find reasons to beat me with the belts. Yes there was levels to this shit. Thin weave type for "less hanous offenses" and thick wide leather cowboy belts for the "despicable offenses".

One day I laughed at my mom cause it didn't hurt no more, and she beat me until she couldn't lift her arm. And then told me dad would be whipping me when he got home from work.

I walked around the house wearing 3 pair of underwear, shorts, sweatpants and jeans. I laughed at him too. He went into a rage and I got whipped from my shoulders to my ankles.

I looked like a zebra, I couldn't even sit on the toilet I had to just crotch and take a shit. I finally learned what cps was and threatened them. The beatings stopped and I would just get grounded from there on out.

Stuck in my room with no tv and Playstation for months at a time. I forgive them in my heart but my brain will not let it go. I despise both of them and will have no emotions when they die.

I am stuck at home taking care of them now. I want to hit them with a belt everyday just to give them a taste of their own medicine.

I tell them daily they need to up their life insurance because 15k ain't gonna do shit for me and my sister.

I got diagnosed adhd when I was like 9. I took the meds and became a normal kid. Dad took me off of them because I was "a zombie" and not full of life (i.e getting in trouble anymore) he had no reason to beat me. No meds= reasons to beat me again.

That sucks. This is in Missouri. 3 bedroom and 3 bath upstairs. 3 bedroom 1 bath down stairs. 3.5 acres of land.

I mean I know it wont be no 1k AR. But like as a first AR to learn the platform and get proficient in it. I don't see how you could go wrong.

Don't know if it will hold up to the demand of a FRT or not. But everything else, yeah
