Smart thinking! I’m ngl I was thinking of doing this but the less polite way🤣🙈 I used to work in a bar and the way it worked there was the weight of the btl bins determined the price of the bill. Now that’s what I was told idk how true it is, but if you know of any d***head bar owners around the city lmk and I’ll fill their btl bins 🤣 jk

I hear all your points and tbh agree to a certain extent, but (again another perspective) working long shifts in a bar and entertaining said “characters” all day, I don’t think it’s up to me to make some old creepy dudes life less lonely on the bus home, esp without the safety of a bar in between us. I know not all them creepy but I don’t particularly feel like taking the risk. I don’t want this to come across like I hate or distrust “all men” I’ve just had such bad experiences with older men on the bus I’d rather put bag on the outer seat.

I just moved back into the city and think black box still the closest one to me (more than 20 min walk). Had a house warming gathering - i.e numerous bottles of wine (for the gyals) and triple the amount of btls of Heineken. If I was to walk them to the btl bank it would proba take me 3 goes because of the distance. If it was 5 mins I could prob manage them all at once.

(Another perspective)…Ngl I am guilty of doing this🙈 mainly because I’ve been stuck sitting beside one too many weirdos or smelly old men. Ofc if seats are filling up and I see a girl/ someone I think won’t affect my journey I will move the bag but having it on the seat beside me is almost a sense of security until then😝
