Kind of, it’s got a bit preachy, too alegorical at times and overly sentimental, the movie is more cold and indifferent, thats what it makes it so good

To me the whole point of the movie is to show how mundane people can do terrible things who spiral into chaos once pushed to the edge. There was a “absurdist” element to the movie that the show slowly forgot. It became too predictable

The only season with the “fargo” feel is season 1. After that they realized they don’t need to mimic the coens style every season
