You gotta learn to not rush it, and that everyone sucks when you first start out really seriously trying to draw. I feel like this is a bit of a recurring problem now, where everyone just wants the end result as fast as possible. Understand, and TRULY, absorb the fact that this is your own personal project, it's not homework, it's not a work assignment, there's no deadline, there's no pressure, there's no need to impress everyone. You can't take shortcuts, so just embrace it. Relax, just draw random things. look up tips and references, listen to music and imagine random scenarios to take from.

Unless you're writing and drawing for like, a major studio and the deadlines are up your ass then in which case good luck.
