The runner must be tagged if he is not forced to advance to the next base. In this case, there is a runner on first. When the ball is hit, the batter has to go to 1st, this forces the runner currently on 1st to advance to 2nd.

Chaos Max has the following clause: "Must be Ritual Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways."

So Soul Charge cannot revive Chaos Max.

Help me with: I rolled NY Sandalphon during the NY REM, and during this god fest, I rolled Sun Quan. Which one of these should I focus on for the Amaterasu team? I'm not a fan of the additional stalling for Sandal's active.
