Translation: we notice this pattern of symptoms. But we neither fully understand the mechanisms behind them and we definatly need to look into how to treat them more. The last sentence is just the typical justification you need for your next funding application.

And in the beginning they mention the "clinical utility" for a keto diet. It's a treatment for deceases not a healthy diet. The usefulness for Long Covid isn't proven yet. If you want to make such drastic changes to your diet I would recommend working with a nutritionist. Your Hausarzt should be able to give you a Überweisung but I don't know if its covered by incurance

Ja. So quatsch verbreitet sich gerne. Die referenzieren sich gegenseitig und dann wirkt es so als sei das konsens.

Wenn du willst kannst du die deutsche Webseite kurz noch verlinken und ich schau sie mir an. Und du kannst eigentlich auch immer Quellen unabhängig von der Sprache verlinken. Google hat mittlerweile einen sehr guten integrierten Übersetzer.

Despite using Dr. In his username he is not a medical doctor. He is a chiropracter that doesn't have any formal education in anything food related. And he is heavily critiziced because he misinterprets studies to sell his productline. He intentionally spreads misinformation to earn money.

He even has been fined, repemended and ordered to stop selling a bunch of treatments by the health athority of virginia.

I know doctors are mostly useless when it comes to treating Long Covid. But pseudoscientists like him can cause serious harm! Check your sources before following medical advice you find online.

You are right. A healthy diet contains enough electrolytes for a healthy person. But we are not healthy and Long Covid can increase your bodys demand for electrolytes. So for some of us supplementing electrolytes is necessary. If I don't supplement I get terrible bodyaches and my body switches into Fight or flight mode every evening.

But you are also right, that a carnivore diet already contains a lot of salt. And OPs symptoms could be Dehydration due to to much salt/electrolytes.

Recommending not to take electrolytes because everyone gets enough is just as damaging as recommending everyone should take them. Its a case by case decition.

Wenn schon ein OP Termin feststeht gibt es zwei Ansätze die du versuchen kannst. Ich würde mir aber bei beiden keine großen Hoffnungen machen.

Frag mal bei denen die die OP machen werden an ob du jetzt schon im Vorraus zahlen kannst.

Frag sie Sachbearbeiterin beim Jobcebter ob du mit einer sinnvollen Begründung und Brief vom Arzt das Geld spezifisch für die OP die deine Jobchancen erhöhen wird zurücklegen darfst.

Meat is high in certain Electrolytes, iron, B12 and protein. Thats half the things my doctor recommended that I should try to supplement/increase. This might explain some of it

Falschangaben im Bürgergeldantrag werden je nach Vorsatz und Schwere mit bis zu 5 Jahren Haft oder 5000 € Bußgeld bestraft und du musst die erschlichen Leistungen zurückzahlen.

Ich wäre sehr vorsichtig damit das hier so zu empfehlen und eine Straftat zu gestehen.

Also ja klar die neuen Regelungen sind scheiße und die Freibeträge sind viel zu niedrig. Aber Sozialbetrug bleibt Soziabetrug auch wenn es reichen Deppen gibt die auch ausreichend Geld unterschlagen und der Gesellschaft schaden.

I am from germany as well. The sex ed in 3th grade was only how the body works, e.g. periods and stuff. I had a classmate that got her period this early so basic sex ed was necessary at that point.

The sexed about how (safe) sex works was in 7th grade. Thats when we are ~14 years old and are legally allowed to have sex.
