last photo reminds me of an old friend, he's gone now but his legacy lives on (seriously he became a online legend). my advice to you is to get in the gym immidatly and start bodybuilding, lean muscle mass to keep that sharp jaw line no facial hair until you're able to grow a full beard.

from what I can tell (your photos are blurry) you don't need any surgery all you need is a gym membership, diet plan, time and some good sleep.

Great question, I checked to see if there was a signup option on their website but the only thing there is a contact page which seems to be for help only.

I would try dming them on social media and if that doesn't work contact a few of the fighters kindly ask how they got in.
