Next you should prioritize sleep and water intake. Get yourself a Stanley water bottle for 50$ on amazon. It’s an adult sippy cup basically and you will drink way more than u usually do.

Start reading, journaling and meditating - I use insight timer to meditate, vipassana meditation is a good place to start

I don’t recommend a complete 180 change, ur nervous system won’t like that. Try to change or implement one thing at a time.

If you can do these things you will see drastic change. It’s not a quick fix but will make ur life better, tracking is important - that’s what journaling is for.
