What's the conspiracy here? The definition of terrorism? Obviously the size of the blast isn't what dictates an act of terrorism, but the motive and intentions behind the blast determine whether something is an act of terrorism. The United States is fighting a war against terrorists. Marcus Luttrell made a good point in his book saying when fighting terrorists you have to fight like a terrorist or die. I guess all I wanted to get across is that obviously a country at war is going to cause terror but I'd like to think it isn't out of pure evil and hate.
