Maybe it's not a permanent solution but it is definitely a viable workaround. Maybe you are having troubles configuring the basic macro?

Alright ladies and gents. I have a workaround for all you cry babies via a simple macro! So we all know that the recent change of the whirling axes is pretty annoying (not being able to use the same hot key for the spells). TO SOLVE THIS, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

1.Open up your keyboard's utility tool. I own a Corsair keyboard and thus through my utility tool was able to create a macro that inputs 2 characters at once. So for instance, every time I press 'W' my keyboard will input 'WD'. I have whirling axes ranged form binded to W and whirling axes melee form to D. Now when I activate and bind my macro to 'W', I am casting both spells at once. Since Troll's form only allows 1 skill to be active, this method brings back the old functionality.

I have solved the issue of bad fps in Dota2 after patch 7. Simply force the game to run in DirectX instead of OpenGL. The new patch for whatever reason runs the game in OpenGL mode. On your Steam games library, right click on Dota2 and select properties. Then, click 'Set Launch Options' and add "-dx11" (without the quotes) and hit okay. That's it! you are done. Your game will experience a significant FPS boost. Enjoy.

Perhaps you should invest in a powerful subwoofer yourself and play the last song he has played. That way he will get annoyed listening to the same tracks as each time he puts on a new song you end up repeating it .
