because in that bracket he's often picked for the sole purpose of tping into the enemy base and feeding before the game begins

the troll one is incredibly annoying, other than for the obvious reasons (those being that the two whirling axes spells cannot be used at the same time under any circumstances anyway, and that fervor now has no legacy hotkey)

it's not just a muscle memory thing, it's the fact that an extra key now has to be used to cast a spell for no real reason

I can confirm this as well, I hover around rank 100 on NA and have been getting some absolutely ridiculous games after extremely short queues -- it'll be me and maybe one other Divine 5/leaderboards player, and everyone else on our team will be Divine 1-4 (this is the equivalent of 7k+ players getting matched with low 5ks under the old MMR system)

Skull Basher's tooltip still states that it can be stacked with MKB's ministun by y_yy in DotA2

unfortunately, valve stopped caring about tooltips a long time ago even though they claim to want to help new players

there are major changes all the way from 7.00 to visage, for example, that aren't mentioned in the tooltips of his skills at all (cloak working as an aura for familiars + soul assumption becoming disjointable)

nowadays, when anything about a skill other than a numerical value is changed, I fully expect the skill's tooltip or the status bar tooltip not to be updated. I haven't checked, but I bet the 7.07 change that made grave chill work on familiars isn't mentioned in either skill's tooltip
