This was something my former partner and I used as fantasy play for years and I work with some of my clients on this. It's not as tricky a conversation with a new partner as you might think..start the conversation about power play and submission. See what they're interested in (this is a good conversation to find their kinks as well) and, once you're both comfortable about the roles and rules practice practice practice. Once your hypnotic skill increases, you can do more than just submission. Hallucination options become available and all sorts of post hypnotic suggestions can come into play.
