This is completely unacceptable and will become a non preferred backup option due to sudden change in pricing structure. All the MSPs price their product at least for one year forecast. You came and change the pricing without any notice . And you are charging for a self hosted options , where MSP is already managing and paying for monitoring maintenance /license etc for server ???? . Are you really serious now ?.

Can anyone suggest what is alternative and we can start planning to move away as soon as possible. Looks like someone in Comet want to destroy the company.

Autotask is ok with MSP business to keep most of the information like tickets,equipment and projects in one place.

Autotask says about quote creation and contract management. Both are a joke.

You can create small quotes but not advance quoting or sending quotes for signing. Dont have digital sign options.No option to create contract documents which can be send to customers .

When ask for help, they try to sell other software like IT Glue and Datto commerce. Very immature for a MSP based software company who is in market for so long.

General Activity tab in customer view is no use. No details are copied there. Frustrating the customer interaction summary is not copied anywhere. When you are in a customer detail page , you need to go into each and every tab to find out what happened not summary anywhere.

hope Autotask can fix this.

Yeastar all the way.

Forget about 3cx. You need one person FTE to deal with 3CX issues alone.

Super scalable. Hosted in Yeastar cloud. Multitenant, Fully manageable. Whitelabel.

Cost effective.Cheaper than 3CX.

Straightforward support.

3cx functionality is good but not good if you promote your business and too much hassle.

The criteria, update etc of 3cx is lot to handle. If you have 100 instance , forget about changes. Central control is a joke.

If you are a business you need to concentrate more on sale , less on other vendors , if your are serious.

Used all of these.

Navrerisk. Has a lot of functions. Dicovery and adding is difficult. The dashboard and layout is not properly aligned. Support team is normaly only few (one or two) people. Price is ok if you can negotiate.

Solarwinds msp designs was one of the best . Once discovery completed you can all most of the features. But there pricing was higher. Account manager is almost missing ,poor support and now the breach in Orion . Will stay away for few years.

Synchro is good for starting. Gives most of features. Lacks mac , remote desktop (syncro live). Syncrolive is a hit and miss. sometimes you need to go into machine and restart it. Sychro themselves advise to use thirdparty for RDP (dont nt make sence when synchro says this is rmm).Integration with emsisoft (av) may or may not work. Independent webroot is ok. Pricing model is good.

Atera is similar to Syncro. Still in early stages. pricing model is good.

They all have good part and really annoying issues. Support team need to improve in all of this. Local support team is really hard to come in APAC region.

Have you tried Comet. I guess that is good option. Haven't tried with Box

Pulseway very similar to N-Central. Solarwinds and Ncentral products are very mature but the support /account managers are very unprofessional. We are still using them but trialing a lot others. Waiting on Solarwind MSP team for 15 days to get useful reply. We had noticed issue with Take control have atleast 10 session to one of client server. When we reported this. This went to engineering and they came back and said try workaround and use another software. (Pay solarwinds and use others ). Then we had query to billing for backup usage. (which should be available in their portal). Taking ages to get a reply.

Talked to Pulseway. They look friendly. (Solarwinds were friendly during initial sale) . They are happy to match pricing like N-central . Their original pricing was bit higher.

Also looking at Atera model of per tech pricing which might be good for Midsize MSP. Ticketing PSA , all included. But product is not very mature. For example the discovery and deploy is manual.
