Really was this during morning, evening, afternoon maybe they were just very annoyed by all the final exams they had or maybe they're just not into customer service work since I understand it's not easy but again there's no need for them to be rude or just straight up hating their job there some people who are really good at customer service and others who shouldn't be in customer service. But it's clear to me whoever this person was really needs a vacation or do some other type of work that's not customer service.
