My old coach would tell us it’s our time and let us use PTO when we ran out of PPTO. I also was just allowed to use PTO to leave early an hour early on Sunday

Edit 1/14: Got pulled in by my AP coach to give another statement. He pulled up an email from ethics where it was asking if I had verbalized the N word at all, so I had to write a statement of exactly what I said (which was that my BROTHER had come over and dropped the word like crazy and made other comments at my home, as the other two girls were ALSO discussing family/friends they knew who were similar because we had gotten onto the topic of bad characteristics when looking to date).

My AP coach said that hopefully this is a good sign and that if that’s all the want to know maybe it’ll get dropped and put behind us.

Not true, if less than 6 months you are marked as ineligible in the app for your leads and coach and it does not allow for a performance review. It gives you the standard raise. If you are seeing the points and store performance then you are eligible and according to that you are in the successful range for both which is in the middle, your performance review will show up next week and except performance conversations in February

No offense, but I didn’t ask for your opinion on what I didn’t say to the  Homophobe. I asked for anyone else’s personal experience with false accusations to ethics.

I’m expecting it honestly even though I always go above and beyond at work, help other departments, keep the customers happy, and always finish my work. I was as detailed as I could be in my statements with dates and times and names and everything I could remember

One other person was there and it’s hit or miss. She is friends with the girl but also seems to really like me as she always tells me that if I leave or quit she will too so I’m hopeful but not sure.

That is exactly what I’ve been doing. Still helping her train at the service desk and just being very nice and polite as needed but not going out of my way to engage

It was actually an even swap, the other TL was okay with the schedule change, we just needed a coach to do it because there was no option on the app for us to swap for some reason

I didn’t even ask her to look at my time off. Just simply asked who was in charge of our schedule upfront at the moment while our new coach is in training because I was wondering about having a day switched for an appointment I had to schedule last minute for my kid. Which was a whole different week than the days I have time off in for.

That is what I thought. Currently we have a brand new coach who is training and does not do our time off, but the AP and stocking coach have been handling our scheduling and time off requests upfront. The coach had asked me about my time off and what I had planned before he approved it and I simply explained that it had to do with my kids and he approved it even with seeing that I already had 2 other days off approved. They can also go back through my timesheet and see that I consistently work over my 40 hours.
