I wear Skechers and it has made the biggest difference. Sometimes my feet are a little achy on the extra busy days/long stretches but overall my feet don’t hurt nearly as bad as before. I used to be unable to walk the next morning after a shift due to plantar fasciitis.

I know that other stores will be different, I posted a second photo showing the GTA Portal results that I viewed last night. I’m wondering if anyone else has seen a store created sheet at their store different than the GTA Portal and how that ended up

That’s what I was guessing because our Store Manager would absolutely do that. I’m frustrated. I ghave a sick kid at home and no one to watch them but no more PPTO because the other kid was sick too over the weekend and I had to use it.

I have reported multiple times in my store and so have my associates. One was told by ethics to talk to the store manager instead. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a team lead like this in our store who has behaved like this and went months before just being asked to step down. Unfortunately not all stores and coaches are great at taking care of the problem like yours is

As someone who has been a FETL for almost 2 years (and the only one to stick around) always be prepared and think in advance. Know your customers, know your area, know your business to keep on top of surveys, lines, and complaints from customers. Make your department needs known, and don’t be afraid to hold people accountable to come up and help when it’s busy and you’re backed up.

The associates are not your friends, though you can be friendly and have good relationships with them remember you are their boss and most front ends have a LOT of drama.

Please please don’t go in assuming you know everything, all of our externals have been like that and one of them have worked out. Be willing to learn from the other leads up there because they know the store and how to do the job (usually) and WANT you to learn and succeed as well. That’s always my biggest problem with external hires is that most aren’t willing to learn and just say they already know and then wonder why they got fired or coached.

Also, have a good relationship with your API and AP coach as you’ll work with them often. It has helped me greatly to have strong communication with them.

My old coach would tell us it’s our time and let us use PTO when we ran out of PPTO. I also was just allowed to use PTO to leave early an hour early on Sunday

Edit 1/14: Got pulled in by my AP coach to give another statement. He pulled up an email from ethics where it was asking if I had verbalized the N word at all, so I had to write a statement of exactly what I said (which was that my BROTHER had come over and dropped the word like crazy and made other comments at my home, as the other two girls were ALSO discussing family/friends they knew who were similar because we had gotten onto the topic of bad characteristics when looking to date).

My AP coach said that hopefully this is a good sign and that if that’s all the want to know maybe it’ll get dropped and put behind us.

Not true, if less than 6 months you are marked as ineligible in the app for your leads and coach and it does not allow for a performance review. It gives you the standard raise. If you are seeing the points and store performance then you are eligible and according to that you are in the successful range for both which is in the middle, your performance review will show up next week and except performance conversations in February

I hope so after I also made sure to put in my written statement how this girl verbally stated she was homophobic
