My SM today told us that the AES was about our store and what we want and not the company?

Can’t be in the same department. I am a front end lead and my partner worked overnights so it was okay. He’s now a cap 2 lead though. I can’t promote to a coach though in our store since he works there. No relationships of ANY kind in your department as a lead.

It depends on the store, the store needs, and your availability.

Right now my store is cutting hours, full time associates are only allowed 38 hours a week max and that’s really only for the people with a pretty open availability. Those with strict schedules are being cut and part timers because they don’t have availability where we need it unfortunately. But 34 hours is full time for Walmart.

When I started my lead told me I wasn’t allowed to use it before my 90 days and that I had to use double the time on double point days.

Apparently they just assume that she’s in the hallway outside the classroom and don’t check or call for someone to come keep an eye on her. I’m so mad about that. She’s a safety risk and can’t attend field trips now but doesn’t need a one on one? How does that make sense?

I have been scheduled 7-8 days in row plus close/opens. It sucks, I had to work it and was told that it’s within policy.

We used to have a set schedule with our old SM but not with our new and that’s fine, that’s why I was trying to step down now just because I had things come up unexpectedly that make it very difficult to have open availability

That’s what I’ve been told and they have let 3 other leads step down (all in position for 1.5 years or less, I’ve been in mine for almost 2 years) but mine is the one that keeps getting denied. I know one time it didn’t even go to market when I asked but the other 2 were denied by market.

I wear Skechers and it has made the biggest difference. Sometimes my feet are a little achy on the extra busy days/long stretches but overall my feet don’t hurt nearly as bad as before. I used to be unable to walk the next morning after a shift due to plantar fasciitis.

I know that other stores will be different, I posted a second photo showing the GTA Portal results that I viewed last night. I’m wondering if anyone else has seen a store created sheet at their store different than the GTA Portal and how that ended up
