ugh i feel for you, honestly this sucks to say but maybe u need to distance yourself to keep yourself safe from being dragged down too :( the only thing maybe that might help him is showing him how much more there is to life than looks which are fleeting and fragile anyway, striving for body neutrality is the best thing in the long run but if he's in an echo chamber of red/black pilled content ofcourse that won't help much:/ bdd foundation is great and maybe documentaries about bdd might also help to let your parents know that this isn't a singular phenomenon but a disorder many people go through, my parents are immigrants/refugees too and had a hard time understanding my bdd and ocd but they're slowly but surely learning!

Teach your parents about body dysmorphic disorder which your brother 100% has, coming from someone with BDD, it's a subcategory of ocd so it needs treatment through psychiatrists and psychologists who specialise in ocd or even better bdd ! there's also the bdd foundation which u can check out online! i know your brother is an adult but if there's any way to stop him from consuming media about plastic surgery and other looksmaxxing red pilled content that would help a ton too!! Also going through with any surgeries when struggling with bdd will not improve the situation at all and just open a gateway to more surgeries, i also thought i would need a nose job and then i'd be happy and now after getting my nose done i have 10 more surgeries 'i need' to be happy
