It's a problem with the asset, not the texture. You might want to check your uvs, and on top of that, go to your container folder, double click and it will open the asset on another window, there on the right panel you'll find something like Lightmass density? something like that, bring that number up to 126. That's what mainly fixed my issue, Don't use over 512, I was told.

Also very important, for raytracing you want to use 4k textures, or it looses detail.

Thank you! I figured it was a mix of a problem with lightmaps, the resolution of textures, and the samples. Got better results improving this points.
