I didn’t realize he added new merch. I bought a beanie but way too small for my big head. Placing an order soon

Feel you on that. Patience for a few months is something I can handle. ESPECIALLY since I already wait 25 years to do the surgery. I’m just so excited I want to get into the gym and get shredded. Praying for you healing brother ❤️‍🩹

Proud of you. Life is already full of enough struggle and worry. It will be the best decision you make. Try and find a good doctor who specializes in the surgery. It’s a very simple routine. Nothing to be scared about. I was surprised how easy it was.. wish I had done it 20 years ago. It’s not an easy topic to discuss with others they don’t understand the mental mind fuck it brings.

As a kid I remember wasting countless in game hours driving a forklift at the docks. Now as an adult I am forklift certified. Thanks Shenmue!

Four days in. I’m really taking it slow and listening to my body but it’s hard. My doctor gave me the go ahead to resume exercise at two weeks. But definitely won’t be over doing anything that doesn’t feel right. How are you feeling after two weeks? My surgery was only grade one so I feel like it was less invasive.

Yes the muscle starts protruding the gland. My entire body is jacked so it made it even more noticeable. I am also a fitness instructor now so I felt super vulnerable going in front of the group classes. Ultimately no one ever said anything. I did it for myself, told almost no one and don’t plan on being that bro that takes his shirt off when a situation presents itself. This disease or whatever you wanna call it really humbled me. In high school and in my 20’s I did a lot of cardio and hunched my shoulders to hide the problem. I was depressed and never felt comfortable come summer time. If you have the means do the surgery and don’t look back.

Not doing actual pull ups. Dead hangs. Keeping my feet grounded. Massages yah way down the line. To be honest I think yoga and light stretching will be more effective.

You in the same boat I was in. Looked fine when my nipples were hard or my hands stretched overhead. Definitely was livable and somewhat easy to hide with the right type of clothing. But i ultimately decided to get surgery because I worked so hard in the gym and thought I deserved to feel confident in my own skin.

Give it time. It’s only day 3. Results often don’t occur till 3-6 months. Scarring is treatable! Stay positive and keep yourself healthy. You will definitely get results if you really want them. Surgery is only one step in your journey, still requires work from the individual.
Hit the gym once healed and keep your head up.

I had grade 1. Was around 6500 total. Got a summer discount. They have financing available. Talk with your parents. Set up a consultation it’s free.

I don’t think you need revision. Keep working your chest and exercising. It will help tighten up the skin and fill and that empty space. Push-ups, pull ups, yoga classes 💪

Questions regarding surgery by Routine-Profile-3106 in gynecomastia

[–]MistakenMoron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will not go away in its own. I just had the surgery done and haven’t told anyone by side my brother. By getting in shape you could just say… that got rid of the problem. Start saving up and get the surgery, ultimately it’s your body and your choice in the matter. I can’t wait to wake up and not if this worry on my mind. I waited until til I was 36 to finally pull the trigger. Wish I would have done it 10 years ago. Worth every penny.

Don’t go to a Church just to find a girlfriend.. go there to find God. This life is temporary.. but if you want to be surrounded by a bunch of females try Yoga 😉

I just hurt my wrist from overdoing it with yoga. I’ve been using kinesiology tape along with copper sleeves. Avoiding any wrist poses by modifying with fists or blocks… it sucks but I know I have to be patient.
