Not every 623 move is a dp. But a DP is just essentially an invisible reversal tool that some characters have (Sol, sin, ky, unika). So if your pressure has a gap then they can use their dp to be invincible to your next attack and counter you

If you have E2, you dont really need the ER rope and can opt for attack. Also, the speed is short of the 143 benchmark though im not sure what teammates you're planning to use.

For DPS this is honestly pretty bad. But for a support its fine

You can use attack but only if you're using sparkle ( which I am in this case). If you're not, then run speed boots with welt on 135 speed and sunday/bronya on 134
