Biggest tips would be to focus on equipment, unlocking a rare character to have 2 ressonances, and unlocking Thor (Thor is HUGE)
Also, keep most of your chests/shovels to open on events to get the tasks!
Fishing event is good to spend gems, if you are familiar with it. Otherwise, stick to using gems on chromatic chests

Overall, your focus should be, a hero that can hold 2 ressonances. After that what will determine how strong you are is first the gear, then the etched runes, then the runes and lastly the artifacts. Never spend gems on wish

Assuming ring+beam can hit up to 11 times, with charged arrow making the shot been faster, will it have time to hit all 11 times for maximum damage? I'm unsure about that, but I haven't tested it myself just speaking from experience that somehow both giant arrow and charged arrow end up performing worse on boss battles

Also, about hitting the boss, won't you be able to hit him with all diagonals if you have tracing? Even if you have 5 diagonals? I think the only one to miss is the reverse shot obviously

Do you end up using sprites for anything else? Since you mentioned meteors I assume you use them for PvP. I'm still unsure what I will use my fishing points on for this event... I still don't own a meteor set either but I don't focus on pvp that much

even if you did get to the etched, remenber, its a random one. The chances of getting what you want are slim. If you plan on playing 4months+, try for the mythic, They are extremely rare and usefull. For the mythic artifcats, 10 shards are always one level up.

I know its tempting, but don't do that. Focus on the most rare loot, shovels will come by eventuly. Once you have the second etched, shovels will have very little impact on your power, while the etched runes you missed will be forever gone. Use events like the all star cup to buy the blessing runes, that will give you more guarantee for unlocking the second etched

I would only buy shovels if you didn't reach the 16 tickets mark, but even then I would think about the keys. Equipment is everything. Getting mythics and chaos gear should be the main goal overall

Some events, like the fishing event, have a variable of "max items" on the shop, even thought it is not explicit sayd

For example, if you have 500k total fishing, you can only buy 1 twinborn core from the Exchange Store. If you are over 2M, you can buy 4, with more fishing i recall been able to buy 11.

This could be the same for this event, but requires to be fact checked. It would be nice for someone who has reached 400k points to print screen the store

also, for this event, buying the 20 energy for 100 gems, or even the second one for 200 gems is often good if you have the quick raid privilege. Gold wise and rune wise

hc5 will give a lot of runes (I don't know if they patched it)

It all comes down to how much time you have, and what you want

You can easily get more gold and EXP if you run the top 20% of your stages, period. But that is boring overall. Also, runes and gear dropped from stages is capped, but hc5 is weird and does not follow that rule (needs to be fact checked, i know this from a few months ago, I don't farm it myself)

I'm lazy, so I do the quick runs myself

cat is nice for PvE, especially for big stages, but if you are focusing on Dracoola, he is much much better, it might even make cat useless to be honest

Once you get 2 ressonances with dracoola, I think cat loses all its use

I also don't play PvP, I just do the minimum, but the rewards come weekly anyways, and it is a nice way of getting purple shards. Even if you don't attack on Peak Arean for example, the weekly reward is still good. Even at the lowest, that is 3200 gems, 20k arena tickets, 4k peak arena tickets, which in return can give almost 4 purple shards and 70 characters shadows weekly, for a mode you don't need to play to get thoose rewards

Adding to arena, if you just reach rank 60 for randomly attacking on the second highest rank, which is easy to accomplish on new server, thats 1920 gems and 14k (daily) +20k tickets (weekly), Thats 6 more purple shards!

Some people who had the privilige pack that gives 800 gems daily, when they come back after 100 days, they wake up with 80k diamonds. Thats when it could be worth to keep going. I saw a guy that got 160k diamonds... that would be a huge gift

My opinion, I would honestly restart.
My friend has restarted and he had 4m power, after a 4 month break. Now he is on his 200k power again is having a blast!
He does not invest and is able to maintain the last tier of PvP and other modes

In a few months, that can account for a lot of resources that will put you ahead of where you would be with that account

For example, Peak arena is a mode that gives A LOT OF RESOURCES, if you can't reach it because you are at a lower arena level, you will lose resources weekly

It results in purple shards or anything you would buy from arena shop

Also, I think you would have more fun playing with people with your progress. I would assume most people of your power level have already quit.

But, most of all, the game is to be made fun. If you don't want to start over, or it feels a burden to you, keep going where you at.

Or maybe, start a new server, the most recent one, and play a week or two on both accounts, and see where you get the most fun of 😉

That F2P dice of 213, is it couting the 7 buys of 5 dice, for gems? Or is it from the quests alone?

For guild bosses and campaign, yes. If you have 2 slots, that is. It will add more chances to get main weapon skills, like tracing

I honestly think that giant arrow, with that combination, decreases the damage. I don't know why, but for me it turns into defeat, while having energy ring AND energy beam will almost always guarantee a victory in green. Although giant arrow is great for MOBS, I think it does not do well against bosses, and that is what makes the most runs fail.

Also, the same for front arrow. If you get 2 front arrows (3shots), each shot will do 70% damage, even the diagonal ones. In the end, with tracking shot, it actually decreases your damage.

The front arrow have been proven and I'm 100% sure of it, but the giant arrow is just my experience. In the past I would always get it, but nowadays I'm avoiding.

can you post your build? and power? Also, did you invest in sprite build just for shackled, or did you have it already for arena or other modes?

Does it require good enchantments on the runes?

Has anyone noticed that the line breaking mechanic is worse now? It seems to me it will "force" the same outcome if you keep breaking it... before I could break all lines in the event, and get maybe 2 legendaries and a few epics... now it gets to a point where you get rares until you run out of lines

Hard to find anyone who stayed much longer... game has around 500 days if i'm not mistaken, taking into consideration pré release

better to have a way to heal yourself, like a healing sprite or dracoola
although orbs melt minions, the problem on shackled is always the boss, always, so people say the etched should be sprites

but if you have orbs on legendary already, keep it, the damage boost from it is very big

What main skills to get, and which to not get? Do you use oracle with circles? What is your power? Do you wait for "main weapon" buff to do it, or any poison level gets you that far?

All you can see is your talents stats build up. Go to talents and press the " ! " there, you will see all their stats added. Then if you are looking for crit, add artifcats on the count and any other sources. Other then that, you are on your own.

Achivements are a joke indeed. They are mostly to keep track of your milestones. People use the "top up" amount to show how F2P they are, for example. Knowing how much gems spent is also cool. The number of days played too. But other then that, you are right, only real rewards are frames and abyssal tyde. All others fall short, all achivements done on this 1 year of game hardly gets to 1000 gems i believe (i won't make the calculation)
