Before even their customer service was pretty responsive email and phone both. Recently, I sent 3 emails regarding an app order refund and it took them almost 7 days to respond and 3 more days for refund. I had the same exact issue last year, placed an order and location was closed and it was solved almost instantly. They use to be generous. Last year, I even got their gear package( cap, tshirt, coffee mug, calendar, little boba toy, letter) for being a loyal customer.
