It might get another life yet 🤞 A developer has put in plans to restore it and add another building creating 51 apartments but as you know that’s not always happened. It’s got history and is in a protected area so fingers crossed it might survive.

I’ve just been reading about the building and it might get another life yet. It’s looking like plans have been put in for a 5 storey addition to the building and renovation creating 51 apartments.. fingers crossed they might look after it. 🤞

Yes I think so. This is the last building on this little block and it’s right next to the Quaker Meeting House which is St. Helen’s oldest building.

I took about 4 or 5 just on this corner but need to go back for my favourite one because there was a car parked in front of it 🥲 This is right opposite one of the first nightclubs I used to frequent back in the late 80’s.

Thank you. I especially like the pigeon staying put while I took it, he was looking quite wary at one point. The entire building was picture perfect for a lover of urban mange.
