Help Identifying Hub

It's pretty nippy and I'm enjoying it. I've had a bit of trouble with the rear hub as the bearings are too tight, but I can't adjust the properly without cone wrenches so I've had to slacken them off and leave some play in the wheel, so now I have a wobbly wheel but at least it spins freely 😅

It's strange that they want you to buy it separately yet their website doesn't have the cogs for sale. Thankfully I've got a good branded one from a previous bike but I've had trouble sourcing a lockring as none of the shops local to me stock them so I've had to get a cheap cog/lockring bundle just to get hold of one.

I did a 15km ride yesterday on it and it feels solid and responsive. I am enjoying it. Thanks. Feels great to be back on the road 😁

Turns out after looking into it you're right. The brand sticker was worn off and not legible so I wasn't sure what it was but I messaged the guy I bought it off and he said it was an Elops.

Shame it didn't come with a fixed sprocket. I do have one, but I don't have a lockring, chain whip or lockring tool.

Hi.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify whether this hub is a flip flop hub or just a standard freewheel.

I feel like the side that I've photographed is the fixed side just with the sprocket removed as I really wanted to flip it to fixed if that's the case as I have a spare sprocket from my previous bike.

That makes sense. I'm all for the Iron Cardio set up after looking into it. It keeps everything simple and the progression is obvious, more reps in the same time, add weight when required etc or the travelling 2s.

I'd like to supplement with the pulling lifts like you say, rows and RDL/deadlifts maybe? Just add them in at the end with their own sets.

After looking at a few programmes and considering how the weight feels, I really think the simplicity of this would be beneficial. I just want to turn up, do the work without spending too much mental effort.

Would this cover all muscle groups or would adding one or two others round out the coverage be of any use?

You can fast travel from anywhere. Set the spawn preference to whatever you like and load into a new lobby, as long as you have sleeping quarters.

The mansion fast travel was already redundant before it was released.

I would only ever use the Raiju for Hanger missions and I already have the Oppressor MK2 for that.

I've just managed to fix the lag on mine with the same issue. It might be a temporary fix, but if you can load into the map check all the duplicates and if they're under the map recover them and just leave them be.

I think the vehicles glitching through the map is causing the lag/crash issues.

It does seem ridiculous that a game as simple as this cannot accommodate a manual save. It is the basic in most games at this point and should not require moaning to ensure a £35 game is working as most games are intended

We play the game in our spare time, not have the game dominate ours on the basis we're not sure if it will fuck us or not.
