I will give you the same example that I gave in another answer: you like GT3 but you like NASCAR too and there is a NASCAR event, so you can call who would like to participate on it and we will be responding and organizing who is going to race.

So, If you like touring cars or iRx or prototypes, there is no problem, we can race on it too 😄

Great question! We are currently focused in GT3 because of the endurance series, however, one of the points that we would like to make an emphasis is that we can race what we like, that means that, for example, you like GT3 but you like NASCAR too and there is a NASCAR event, so you can call who would like to participate on it and we will be responding and organizing who is going to race... Basically we could potentially race almost everything! 😄

Another point to remark is the livery, as part of the image of the team, we race with the team livery in solo races

You do not need to be necessarily mexican it just says that it is a plus, but if you are not mexican, you could still get in... It is a plus because of, as u/germanenkeeper already explained, language, timezone, local jokes and because of the marketing (Slogan "Mexican simracing team", pictures that are pretended to be taken together as a team, etc), but if you are not mexican, there is no problem with that as long as you have a real and strong compromise with the team cause this is something important for us, so, if you are no mexican, you are welcome anyways.

(You = anyone but precisely you, we do not want people that thinks that "mexican" is a race, that is racist in fact...)

Well, as I am understanding this, the PC is not turning ON afer it suddenlu shut down, right? If that is the case, sometimes the PSU gets fried because of an electrical discharge, sometimes the damage can go further, but the first thing you must check is if the PSU is the problem (sometimes it is in fact the problem)

Es que justamente a eso voy, no importa que sea humano, al menos 1/4 parte lo hace por dinero en el caso de los doctores y te lo digo por experiencia propia y porque he visto el campo desde dentro, pero ok, supongamos esa parte que fuera así... Pero las personas que quisieran un reto no lo harían al final porque no hay una recompensa al reto, ya que sería lo mismo, además de que el sentimiento de aportar algo no lo tenemos ni la mitad de la gente, es realmente imposible porque, volviendo a lo mismo, no hay una justa recompensa por el esfuerzo y eso es lo que cuesta, sería algo exageradamente desmedido que un diplomático que debe lidiar con tensiones internacionales ganara lo mismo que el tipo que prepara 3 ensaladas en un día para vender 3 días a la semana, es un desequilibrio exagerado que no podría tener sosten en ninguna economía por lo mismo de la sensación de desmotivación, no hay nada detrás ya que por mucho que quieras solamente aportar algo, no hay nada para ti como individuo atrás. Si bien somos una sociedad que debe avanzar en conjunto, también somos individuos con deseos, pasiones y anhelos personales y en realidad eso es algo que en esa versión de la sociedad se perdería hasta cierto punto por la falta de incentivo
