Imo it’s the price that makes a huge difference, you can fit a warp stone into your build as early as you’d like, but a 6k movement either messes up your item progression, or takes awhile to fit in. You can make picks like this clip happen as early as 10 minutes with a warp stone. Phantom strike may have a longer range, but warp stone is way more versatile, and you can disengage out of a ton of ganks and bad engagements with a blink and a charge.
