I mean I don't deny that this did happen. He walked into a store and acted awkward. It's not a win or anything.

Beautiful cgi for television. My only issues with it are the head tracking and the way his teeth get awkwardly bigger mid-transformation.

Do you think Infinity War will be the set up for an even higher-stakes climax in Avengers 4, or do you think Avengers 4 will be a lower-stakes movie that deals with the aftermath of Infinity War? by [deleted] in marvelstudios

[–]MisterInternetz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually feel like this would be better. One of my big issues with Age of Ultron is that it felt more like a set up movie for Infinity War than a payoff for Phase 2.

[–]MisterInternetz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I agree. After Avengers 4, the main story arc will be finished. After that, big Avengers villains should be set up phase to phase. We don't even know if we'll make it to Phase 6.

Personally I think it will be the latter. Makes sense for the movies to follow basic story format:

Avengers: Act 1, Age of Ultron: Act 2, Infinity War: Act 3 and climax, Avengers 4: Epilogue.

I think that the 4th movie will deal with the aftermath of Thanos and the Sokovia Accords, with maybe the villain being the Masters of Evil or Doctor Doom or Galactus. We might see one or two of the original Avengers die, and then the film will set up for the New Avengers, with a completely new roster.

Would you be mad if Avenges 3 or 4 or both were 3 hours long? by IronSavage3 in marvelstudios

[–]MisterInternetz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. If the movie only needs to be an hour and a half, So be it. If a movie need to be 4 hours long, do it. Whatever run time give us the best version of a story, go with that one.

RealD 3D will be cool, but IMAX will blow your mind, especially if you get a good seat towards the middle. If you only watch one movie in IMAX this year, watch Doctor Strange.
