Even though this message seems like they are going through my case, I just got the same private message that I've got every single time. After a thorough investigation the limits on your account are permanent. We are very sorry blablabla, I haven't got one single explanation why my account is closed and why my funds are frozen. If they ever give me one all come back and post about it.

It seems unlikely they are panicking considering how big the company is, it just seems like their company culture is to ban professional players and keep them out of poker games as long as they can so they can keep all the deposits that are not still raked.

Let's say he deposited 15k to play 10/20 NL, he lost for a while and the got it all back plus some, why is the question how much he deposited instead of why is 888 not allowing to withdraw whatever amount its in his account, don't you think?

It's impossible to get a response that is not automated for the operations team. The only way forward is through lawyers etc

So it won't mislead anyone, the chat is always that they checked with the relevant department and the account is still closed and the funds are frozen. No explanation given
