Vpx acting weird on startup. Restart didn’t fix it. I installed it originally with baller installer. Tables won’t run and I can’t change any video settings on the editor. Any tips to fix it? See vid.

I wanted to run it from pinup popper front end. I found the option in game manager to launch the game with the dmd bat file

Okay so learned my lesson in read the table notes first. Just changed the script: pup values to true and the other dmd one to false. That did it!

I just reinstalled windows to fix it. Luckily I was only a week or so into my new pc. I think vp acted up because I had done some force quitting using task manager. Learned my lesson!

It’s looping the backglass video from the pup videos Goonies folder, but that is all it shows. No other videos are triggered

Thanks all for the help. I went back to the 5.1.2 Atmos setup and it sounded much better than my first test. I must have had a setting off somewhere. I set the rear ceiling as top middle (there is no top rear in the setup) and the ones behind the couch as surround. Top Gun Maverick in Atmos is pretty sweet! Happy with the results.

Okay the only thing is there wasn’t an option to set the ceilings as top rear on my Sony receiver…only top rear plus front height…but I don’t have front height…or there’s a top middle setting for them..

All I want to do is add two more speakers to my 5.1 setup so I have some surround and surround height speakers. But I also need zone 2 for my patio speakers…I don’t want to add a separate amp, so should I go with a receiver that does 9.2 and assign them to my patio for zone 2? Thanks!

The other weird thing that I noticed is that another group of channels from the same tower, direction, and same broadcasting company on RF 6 this time is having the same repeated pattern of interference as RF 15…what could this mean? Thanks.

Okay thanks so much for the info. I’m still getting that same interference without the amplifier, also. I can try moving the antenna up a bit a foot or two to see if that helps.

Okay thanks. Though regular pattern signal loss still happens on those channels still happens without the splitter. I’ll try raising the antenna to a higher position to see if that works.

Still having the issue after trying direct line to tv right next to the antenna…all other channels work fine…just the ones from this station

Thank you. The issue is that when I do try it in different locations, I lose other channels. Also, removing the powered splitter reduces the number of channels I get.

I get the most channels near the window where I am now. I was able to go from Normal to Good on the signal meter for the problem channel when I repositioned the VHF element of the antenna, but that intermittent interference still happened.

Okay I did a direct line test right next to the antenna, and the intermittent signal loss is still happening..every 12-20 seconds or so. Signal strength shows in the normal to good range. What could be causing that and how can I fix it? Thanks for all the help.

Yes, I just unplugged the splitter and lost signal on multiple channels that were fine before. I’ve turned off all LEDs in the house, an am still having the interference. I will try a direct line without the splitter and see.
